I have over 16 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families and have worked in multiple settings: special education in schools, in the school counseling department, and in clinical mental health settings. My therapeutic orientation draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory.
