My goal is to create a safe space where we can be open, honest, and authentic in our communication, and work collaboratively together to navigate the obstacles preventing you from reaching your full potential. I have experience working with youth and adults. I offer support in a wide range of issues including anxiety, family relationship concerns, racial identity, and trauma.
I’ve seen how culture and ethnicity can influence the realm of therapy. As a black clinician, I naturally specialize in understanding the needs of people of color and can relate to their experiences, and I’m equally passionate about supporting and guiding individuals from all backgrounds.
