Private Pay or Insurance (Medicaid and Commercial)

Stronger Oregon accepts private pay and insurance as forms of payment. Below is a list of presently accepted insurance companies as well as a list of insurance that we will be accepting in the near future.

  • If your insurance is on the pending list, you should contact us to discuss how services could still be pursued.

  • Paying for the services in cash overcomes the insurance hurdle.

  • Services can be offered on a sliding fee scale if needed and applicable.

Contact us to discuss your situation, regardless of your form of payment, to know exactly how payment will be worked out for your unique situation.

    • Oregon Health Plan (OHP) has no co-payments or deductibles. OHP will cover the full costs of services as long as it is active.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is needed, 24-hours notice prior to the appointment is required. Without this notice, or a no-show for the appointment, a $50 fee will be charged (except when otherwise dictated by OHA OARs).

  • Stronger Oregon has a "three strikes policy" where three missed appointments may lead to termination of services.

  • Please be in good communication.
