Designed to offer stability, dignity, and support, Dry Land provides affordable units with optional access to mental health, case management, and wraparound services. Coming 2026: StrongerEHR – A Purpose-Built EHR for Behavioral Health and HRSN Services
Launching in 2026, StrongerEHR is a HIPAA-compliant, Oregon-built electronic health record system designed specifically for outpatient mental health, case management, and HRSN services. Developed by providers, for providers, it supports OHA-aligned documentation, integrated care plans, HRSN referrals, and Medicaid billing. With customizable tools and seamless workflows, StrongerEHR simplifies compliance and strengthens care coordination. Better data. Better care. Stronger Oregon.
Stronger CEU: Continuing Education for Oregon’s Mental Health Professionals
Stronger CEU provides affordable, high-quality continuing education for Oregon’s counselors, therapists, and social workers—offering live and on-demand trainings aligned with OBLPCT standards and pending OBLSW approval. Courses are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and built for real-world practice across rural, school-based, and telehealth settings. From play therapy to crisis intervention and Medicaid navigation, we help professionals grow with confidence. Stronger CEU is training the workforce that’s building a stronger Oregon.
Outreach & Case management Program (HRSN+)
Stronger Oregon’s Outreach & Case Management Program helps OHP members—and those eligible but not yet enrolled—meet their most basic needs: housing, food, safety, and stability. Our trauma-informed team provides hands-on support with OHP enrollment, HRSN screening, case management, and direct assistance across Oregon. Launching first in Portland-area school districts in late 2025, this program brings services directly into communities, building trust and restoring dignity. Because healing starts with meeting people where they are.
Stronger Schools (In-School Mental Health Services)
Stronger Schools brings licensed and associate-level mental health providers directly into Oregon schools—offering in-person and telehealth services for students across the state. As an OHA-recognized CLSS provider, we deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in multiple languages including Spanish, Russian, and ASL. Our school-based teams provide therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and wraparound supports—all with no-cost-to-district options available. From Portland to Medford, Stronger Schools is building a stronger, more supported future for Oregon’s youth.
Outpatient Mental Health Program (All of Oregon)
Stronger Oregon provides outpatient mental health services across the entire state—offering telehealth and in-person care to individuals and families in urban, rural, and frontier communities. We are recognized by the Oregon Health Authority as a Culturally and Linguistically Specialized Services (CLSS) organization, with bilingual clinicians fluent in Spanish, Russian, and ASL.
