Full Job Description

Would you like to be paid a fair wage where you can actually survive and thrive? Registered Oregon Associates can make between $62,400-$140,000 annually based on their preferred compensation structure and hours of direct services. You get to choose and calibrate.

Would you like to only work three days a week, having 4 days off in a row, for the rest of your career?

Alternatively you could drop your child off to school everyday and pick them up, only working during school hours?

Would you like a free MBSR, TFCBT and EMDR basic training for being Full-Time?

Would you like to help solve the mental health crisis across the State by removing barriers to care?

Our community needs you. Stronger Oregon is hiring for multiple associate therapists/counselors to serve children and adults in our offices throughout the state with services calibrated by your clinical determination. Provide mental health services the right way by having the freedom to see a client another time within the week, if needed, or do family therapy. Productivity pressure is significantly reduced and you have the freedom to breathe, cope and have a personal life.

There are Two Options for Oregon Registered Associates (ask about part-time):

  • Option 1: FTE - 30 hours a week - $40 an hour with $50 bonuses per 1 hour of service beyond 21 in a week. We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $62,400 but that is if you just render 24 services. If you render an average of 28 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $82k a year. If you render an average of 32 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $91k a year. This allows you to not worry about no shows and commissions calculations. In addition to 401k/health/dental/vision benefits, there is 80 hours of PTO, 40 hours of sick leave and 10 paid holidays a year (80 hours) which is all paid at $40 an hour.

  • Option 2: Full Time Employment at 30 hours a week with a commission compensation setup of 50% from every insurance reimbursable service (For example: One of our insurance contracts reimburses $172 for a 60 minute Psychotherapy Session which would equal an approximately $86 commission for you). We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an estimated annual wage/commissions of approximately $105k but that is if you just render 24 direct service hours a week. If you render an average of 28, you can make approximately $125k a year. If you render an average of 32 you can make approximately $140k a year. PTO/Sick Leave/Holiday Pay are paid at the hourly wage of $25.

  • You are welcome to work 40 hours a week, and make even more monetarily, but we believe giving you more time for your personal life allows you to be the best version of your professional self. We believe a 30hour work week directly correlates to better services for clients and better self-care for you. The positive is, you choose. Lets talk about what is the best work/life balance for you.
