The Stronger SafeHarbor Program delivers outpatient behavioral health services directly within domestic violence shelters and confidential safe locations across Oregon.

Who We Serve
We support individuals and families who:
Are currently residing in domestic violence shelters or safe housing
Have experienced intimate partner violence, family violence, or coercive control
Are navigating trauma, fear, displacement, or major life transitions
Need immediate, accessible behavioral health support in a safe environment
Many individuals we serve experience:
Acute trauma and PTSD symptoms
Anxiety, depression, or emotional dysregulation
Safety concerns and hypervigilance
Isolation, loss of support systems, or instability
Complex family dynamics involving children
Where Services Are Delivered
