Stronger SeniorCare Program: In-Home & Residential Mental Health Services

Bringing Behavioral Health Care Directly to Older Adults—Where They Live

At Stronger Oregon, we believe mental health care should meet people where they are—especially our aging population. The Stronger SeniorCare Program delivers outpatient behavioral health services directly into older adults’ homes and residential settings, increasing access, reducing barriers, and improving outcomes.

We proudly serve individuals covered under Medicare Part B and Medicare Advantage (Part C), as well as Medicaid, private insurance, and veterans’ services.

Our mission is simple:
Provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time—without unnecessary barriers.
