Stronger Veterans Mental Health Services Program

Meeting Veterans Where They Are—Across Oregon

The Stronger Veterans Mental Health Services Program expands access to high-quality, trauma-informed care for veterans by delivering services across Oregon—in our offices, through telehealth, and directly within community settings such as shelters, housing programs, and street outreach environments.

This program is built to remove barriers and ensure that veterans can access meaningful mental health support wherever they are.

Our program mission is simple:
Honor service by providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time—without barriers.

Who We Serve

We support veterans across the lifespan who:

  • Are experiencing mental health challenges related to service or life transitions

  • Are at risk of, or currently experiencing, homelessness

  • Prefer care outside of traditional clinic settings

Many veterans we serve may experience:

  • Substance use challenges

  • Social isolation and reintegration difficulties
